on a Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. and then again at 7 p.m..

WHAT IS AUTISM? -- What autism is like from their own perspective. Keeping in mind that if you have met one autistic you have met one autistic.
THE IMPORTANCE OF INTROSPECTION -- Being more aware of sensitivities, abilities, and triggers when you are on the Autistic Spectrum will enable people to reach their full potential.
DON'T FIGHT THE SYSTEM -Too often we fight the system instead of working within a system. We also need to let people on the Autistic Spectrum develop their own systems.
SURVIVAL SKILLS -- Skills we have learned that helped us get through our lives so far. Peter is 26 and Diane is 59. So this 85 years of experience on the Autistic Spectrum.
MEDS In MODERATION -- Meds should be taken with caution. How lifestyle is always important. Peter will tell in detail how certain meds affected him and why he doesn't take it anymore.
MENTAL PUBERTY (Adolescence on the ASD) -- The unique challenges that individuals face when going through puberty on the autistic spectrum.
HOW PEOPLE SOCIALIZE ON THE AUTISTIC SPECTRUM -- The different way that people socialize on the Autistic Spectrum which may seem different than Typical people.
